White Korma Biryani, Shahi Chana Daal Paneer And Spicy Chicken Kabab by Rida Aftab

Ingredients For Shahi Chana Daal Paneer:

  • Cottage cheese 250 gm
  • Boiled gram lentil 250 gm
  • Onion 2
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Chopped red chili  1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Whole round chili 4
  • Ginger  1 piece
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Pour oil in pan, add onions make them golden brown.
  2. Now pour yogurt, cumin, chopped red chilies, turmeric, salt, boiled peas, ginger, whole green chilies roast it well.
  3. After that add cheese, mash it and roast it for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add cream, chopped garam masala then remove it from stove.

Ingredients For Spicy Chicken Kabab:

  • Chicken boneless cubes 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Chopped green coriander 4 tbsp
  • Chopped red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Shashlik sticks 6
  • Chili sauce  4 tsp

Method:

  1. First add chicken boneless cubes, yogurt, garam masala, lemon juice, chopped green coriander, oil, chopped red chilies, salt, ginger garlic and chopped black pepper and mix it.
  2. Now add shashlik sticks for half an hour.
  3. Then bake it in oven for 180 degree C.
  4. After it becomes ready then add chili sauce then serve it.

Ingredients For White Korma Biryani:

  • Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chili 10
  • Lemon 4
  • Raw tomato  250 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Plum 20 gm
  • Salt  1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Whole black pepper 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Bay leaf 1
  • All spice powder 2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Star Anise 1-2 

Method:

  1. First add star anis, chopped black pepper, curry leaves, chopped garam masala, ginger garlic paste, plum, onion, yogurt green chilies in blender.
  2. Now paste the mixture on chicken and leave it for half an hour.
  3. Then pour oil add chicken, and cook it for an half hour.
  4. After that add tomato, lemon juice, mints, boiled rice then simmer it for 20 minutes.
