Ingredients for Achari Daal:

  • Gram lentil 250 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Tomato sliced 2
  • Green chillies chopped 2
  • Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Achaar masala 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Keema Ghotala:

  • Mince meat 1/2 kg
  • Eggs 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chopped red pepper 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Curd 4 tbsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 3
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chillies 4
  • Chopped onion 2

Ingredients for Jalfrezi Chicken:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion 1
