Ingredients For Fruity Custard Trifle:
Fresh milk 1 liter
Vanilla custard 3-4 tbsp
Sugar 1-1/2 cup
Fresh cream 1 packet
Fruit cocktail 1 tin
Banana slice 2
Apples slice 2
Chopped almonds 15
Cherries 1 tin
Method:
First add almonds and sesame seeds.
Then pour milk, sugar cook it well.
When the sugar is saturated then pour milk, vanilla custard in milk and stir it with wooden spoon to make it thick.
Then pour it into deep bowl and open the fruit cocktail tin and put it in custard without syrup.
Ingredients For Bombay Beef Curry:
Beef pasanday 1/2 kg
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Onion paste 2
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 6
Green chilies 6
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Chopped tomatoes 4
Coconut milk 1 tin
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add chopped onions make them golden brown.
Now add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, turmeric, chopped garam masala roast it lightly.
Then add mutton pasanday cubes.
After that add salt and roast it.
When water dries then add red chilies, chopped red chilies, white cumin, chopped tomatoes, and let it cook.
When tomatoes dry its water then add coconut milk and simmer it for 5 minutes.
In the end add mumbai beef curry with simple rice and serve it hot.
Ingredients For Paneer Tash Kabab:
Cottage cheese 2 packets
Yogurt cream 2 tbsp
Green chilies 4
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Crushed cumin 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Egg whites 2
Bread crumbs 1 packet
Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
Green chilies 1 bunch
Chaat masala as required
Chopped almonds 15
Oil to fry
Method:
First add green chilies, mint chop it well to make chatni.
Now
add chicken cubes of flour, green chatni, chopped black pepper, chopped
green coriander, chopped balaai, salt, chopped almonds, bread crumbs.
Then pour oil on it, make kabab then dip it into egg white.
After that pour oil in frying pan, put ready kabab in deep fry and make it golden brown.
Sprinkle chaat masala.
Tasty Paneer Tash Kababs are ready to serve.
