Ingredients For Chicken Moskova:
Chicken breast 2 boneless
Salt 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Egg 1 beaten
Milk 2 tbsp
Fresh bread crumbs 1 cup
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Cream cheese cubes 2
Mushroom 3
Parsley 1 tbsp
Coleslaw salad to serve
Mashed potatoes to serve
Honey mustard to serve
Method:
First marinate the chicken with salt, white chilies, vinegar, garlic paste.
Now add cream cheese, mushroom filling.
Then add egg, dip it into milk mixture, roll it into bread crumbs and deep fry it.
In the end put coleslaw salad, chopped honey mustard then serve.
Ingredients For Pita Bread:
Flour 2 cups
Wheat flour 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Instant yeast 2 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
First knead the flour, wheat, salt, sugar, yeast mix it with oil.
Now cover and let it cook for 1 hour, until it rises.
Then make the portions, knead it well bake it for 7 minutes, grill it for 5 minutes.
Ingredients For Reeshmi Chicken Sandwich:
Chicken mince 8 ounce
Raw onion 1
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Butter 1 ounce
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green chilies 4
All spice 1 tsp
Mint leaves chopped 6
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Method:
First add chopped onions, green coriander, butter, chopped red chilies, chopped and fried onions, chopped and crushed cumin, salt, chopped green chilies, chopped garam masala, mint leaves, curry leaves, chopped black pepper mix it and mix the mince marinate it well for few hours.
Now make long kababs shallow fry it hot oil, until it turns to light golden.
Now cut it with the help of pita bread, open the pocket, add tomatoes, cucumber and salad leaves.
In the end serve it with french fries.
