Ingredients For Kaghazi Chicken:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Onion chopped  2
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Chill powder  1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Oil  for fry
  • Butter paper as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First add chicken stir pieces, cut it into small pieces.
  2. Now add chopped onions, chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste mix it well.
  3. Then add turmeric, chopped garam masala, chopped red chilies, chopped coriander, salt and mix it well.
  4. Now make square piece then add chicken pieces in center fold it and make square box pin up with stapler.
  5. When the packet starts to cook then fry it well.
  6. Take it out after 6 to 8 minutes cut the butter paper put it on platter and pour lemon juice garnish it with onion then serve it.
