Ingredients For Crunchy Noodles Cutlets:

  • Noodles 1/2 packet
  • Potatoes  1/2 kg
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Bread slices  1 packet
  • Red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Green chili 4
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg white  2
  • Green onion 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour  2 tbsp
  • Oil  to taste

Method:

  1. Boil potatoes nicely, peel it and mash with fork.
  2. Now boil noodles in lukewarm water, when tender drain its water and wash it.
  3. Heat oil in one karahi pan, put chopped noodles, fry it lightly, take pout and spread on paper.
  4. After that put chopped green chilies, chopped green coriander, red chilies flakes, soft part of bread slices, rice flour, chopped green onion leaves and  black pepper in boiled potatoes and mix it well.
  5. Now add fried noodles and mix it.
  6. Then make cutlets, dip in egg whites and roll in bread crumbs.
  7. Make all cutlets together.
  8. Now heat oil in frying pan, deep fry it, take out when golden brown and serve hot. Together keep chili garlic sauce.

Ingredients For Saucy Chicken With Peas:

  • Chicken fillet 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup
  • Fried onion 1
  • Salt to taste to taste
  • Peas  1 cup
  • Rice  2 cup
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves  1/2 bunch
  • Fresh cream  2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Butter  1 tbsp
  • Chicken stock  2 cups

For Chicken Stock:

  • Chicken Bones 1/2 kg
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Black peppercorn 6
  • Water  4 cups
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First wash chicken bones and keep in pot.
  2. Together put water, whole black pepper and garlic cloves and boil it.
  3. When it is cooked well, remove from stove.
  4. Now heat oil in pot, do onion golden brown and put chicken fillet.
  5. Together add salt and ginger garlic paste.
  6. When water dries, put red chili flakes, black pepper, tomatoes paste, chopped mint, chopped green chilies and peeled peas, roast it lightly and filter chicken stock.
  7. When stock is boiled, add rice and salt and cover it.
  8. When water dries, keep it on simmer. Put fresh cream and butter when simmer.
