Ingredients For Murgh Bihari:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Papaya 1 tbsp
Fried cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Chopped red chili 1 -1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Fried gram flour 2 tbsp
Fried Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
All spice 1 tsp
Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
Chopped cardamom 1/2 tsp
Onion 250 grams
Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Coal 1 piece
Method:
First add chicken, yogurt, chopped cumin, chopped red chilies, salt, roasted flour, roasted sesame seeds, garam masala, chopped cardamom, lemon juice, nutmeg mace and leave it for 2 hours.
Now pour oil in a pan add chicken and cover it for 20 minutes.
When water dries then roast it, after that give steam of coals.
Ingredients For Candy Shake:
Candy 2
Coffee 1/2 tsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Ice 1 cup
Cocoa powder 1 tsp
Milk 250 gm
Method:
First add candy, coffee, cream, ice, coconut powder in a blender blend it well.
Candy shake is ready.
Ingredients For Sizzling Capsicum Cabbage:
Cabbage 1/2 kg
Capsicum 250 grams
Green chili 6
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cumin salt 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Oil 1/2 cup
Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
Method:
First add capsicum, cabbage chop it well.
Now pour oil, add garlic chops, when it starts to smell then add capsicum, cabbage fry it on high temperature.
Then add turmeric, chopped long green chilies, chopped cumin.
For making sizzling add tomato ketchup, chopped black pepper, vinegar, lemon juice mix it well.
Then add vegetables let it cook on high temperature for 1 minute turn off the stove.
