  • Corn flour 120 gm
  • Sugar 300 gm
  • Whipped cream 400 gm
  • Icing sugar 100 gm

  • Chocolate 185 gm
  • Golden syrup 2 tbsp
  • Ginger julienne 1 inch

  • Peanuts 100 gm
  • Almonds 100 gm
  • Ganache 100 gm
  • Cream cheese 400 gm
  • White pepper 100 gm
  • Parmesan cheese for decoration
