Ingredients For Pena Colada Ice- cream Roll:
Eggs 5
Sugar 5 ounces
Flour 4 ounces
Corn flour 1 ounces
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Vanilla ice- cream 1 liter
Pineapple tidbits 1 cup
Shredded coconut 1 cup
Fresh cream whipped 8 ounce
Caster sugar 1 ounce
Method:
Now add egg, sugar beat it well, until it becomes light and fluffy.
Now add vanilla essence, filtered flour, corn flour, baking powder fold it in mixture.
Now put the grease swiss roll and bake it on 200 degree C for 10 minutes.
Now take out the sugar on a cloth and fold it along cloth.
Then open it and take out the cloth, add vanilla essence cream, pineapple tidbits and grated coconut, fold it again, freeze it for 2 minutes.
In the end take it out and add beaten cream, pineapple tidbits, grated coconut and cheese for garnishing then serve.
Ingredients For Bhunni Khichidi:
Rice 250 gm
Pigeon lentil 1 /2 cup
Onion 1 sliced
Mix whole spices 1 tbsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Water as required
Method:
Pour oil in a pan add mixed whole spice, onion slices, fry it, until it becomes light golden color.
Now add beaten rice, pigeon lentil, salt, turmeric, water mix it and cover it, cook it till it tenders.
In the end serve it with curry.
Ingredients For Dahi Ki Curry:
Yogurt 1/2 kg
Gram flour 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
Green chilies 8
Turmeric 3/4 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Coconut milk powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Ingredients For Bhagar:
Cumin whole 1 tsp
Button red chilies 6
Garlic 4 cloves
Onion 1 sliced
Curry leaves 15
Oil 1/4 cup
Ingredients For Pakora:
Gram flour 1 cup
Onion 1
Green chilies 2
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green onion 1
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Method:
For making pakora: Add gram flour, onion slices, green chilies, green coriander, green onion, salt, cumin, baking soda make batter in bowl.
Then mix it well deep fry the pakora.
For curry: Add green coriander, green chilies, garlic and cumin in a grinder make its paste.
Now beat the yogurt, water, gram flour, grind it well add green masala add turmeric, salt, coconut powder, mix it well.
Now stir it well so that it become boil, then cook it for 15 minute.
For Bhagar: Add garlic, whole cumin , curry leaves, red chilies.
Then put it into curry and cover it well.
Now add pakoras and beaten kachori then serve.
