Ingredients For Fudge:

  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Milk 2/3 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Corn syrup 2tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom  1/2 tsp
  • Pistachio nuts 1/4 cup
  • Walnuts  1/4 cup

  • Spinach 4 cups

  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

  • Coriander seeds  1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Cloves 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon sticks  3
  • Green chilies  2-3
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Rice 2 cups
  • Cooking oil 2 tbsp
  • Hot water 5 cup
  • Raisins 1/2 cup
  • Carrot  1
