Ingredients For Oriental Rice With Chicken:
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Fresh red chili 6
Sprig onion 4
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coconut milk 1 cup
Lemon leaves 6
Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Worcestershire sauce 4 tbsp
Lemon grass 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
For Rice:
Boiled rice 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chopped tomato 2
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, chicken mince, along water cover and let it cook.
When the mince is tendered then add fresh red chilies, chopped black pepper, salt, worcestershire sauce, lemon leaves, lemon juice, lemon grass, chopped cumin, vinegar, coconut milk, green onion turn off the stove.
Now add boiled rice, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, chopped tomato, soya sauce, oil mix it well.
Then simmer it for 5 minutes serve it with chicken.
Ingredients For Baked Aalo Besani Paratha:
Flour 2- 1/2 cup
Gram flour 1 cup
Potato 2
Yeast 1 tsp
Red chili 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Green chili 4
Oil 1/2 cup
Onion 1
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Ghee as required
Method:
Put flour, gram flour, potato, yeast, salt, red chilies, cumin, green chilies, chopped coriander, oil in a pan, knead it well leave it for half an hour.
When it starts to rise then make portions, place it in oven for baking it on 180 degree C for half an hour.
In the end put ghee and then serve.
Ingredients For Banana Quick Dessert:
Banana 6
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Icing sugar 1/2 cup
Cream 1 packet
Boiled rice 1/2 cup
Milk 2 cup
Almonds & pistachio 50 gm
Ready made red jelly 1 packet
Method:
First add boiled rice and grind it.
Then cook the rice with milk.
When it becomes thick then turn off the stove, cool it.
Then add banana, cream, vanilla essence blend it.
Now add ready milk, mix it with rice in a dish.
In the end take it out in a serving bowl add ready jelly, almonds, pistachio for serving.
