Ingredients for Banjara Murgh:

  • Chicken leg 12-14
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Dry fenugreek powder 1/2 tsp
  • Mix spice powder 3/4 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Dry ginger 1/4 tsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Cashew nut paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Black salt 1 pinch
  • Roasted cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup
  • Salad leaves for serving
  • Cucumber, Tomato for serving
  • Raita for serving

Ingredients for Aloo Ka Bharta:

  • Potato 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 6-8
  • Red chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander as required
  • Green chilli to taste
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 3/4 cup

Ingredients for Yogurt Dip:

  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper
