Chullo Beef Curry, Fusion Fried Rice And Achari Aloo Daal Tarka by Rida Aftab

Ingredients For Chullo Beef Curry:

  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Cardamom 2
  • Red chili 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Clove  2
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • All spice 2 tsp
  • Papaya 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Yogurt 25 grams
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Boiled rice  2 cup

Method:

  1. First paste the chopped onion, papaya, salt, vinegar on mutton and leave it for whole night.
  2. Now pour oil add curry leaves, cardamom, and cloves.
  3. Then put the mutton and leave it for half an hour.
  4. When it is tendered then add yogurt, garam masala, red chilies, chopped coriander, chopped ginger garlic roast it well.
  5. In the end add boiled rice and then serve.

Ingredients For Achari Aloo Daal Tarka:

  • Soak yellow lentils 250 gm
  • Potato 2
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Green chili 4
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch

For Tarka:

  • Butter 50 grams
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Nigella seeds 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First pour oil in a pan make onions brown.
  2. Now add tomatoes, ginger garlic, turmeric, salt, chopped red chilies and roast it nicely.
  3. Then cut the potatoes and add it.
  4. After that add lentils, water, cook it on low temperature.
  5. When the potato and lentil are tendered then add green chilies, green coriander and turn off the stove.

Ingredients For Fusion Fried Rice:

  • Boiled Rice 1/2 kg
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Fish sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • White chili 1 tsp
  • Green peas 1 cup
  • Chopped garlic 2 tsp
  • Spring onion 250 gm
  • Oil  5 tbsp
  • Egg 2

Method:

  1. First pour oil make chicken pieces.
  2. Then pour water cover and let it cook.
  3. When the chicken tenders then add peas, soya sauce, fish sauce, salt, ketchup, white chilies, black pepper, green onions mix it well and turn off the stove.
  4. Then add beaten eggs, fry it and make small balls with hand.
  5. Now add boiled rice, then add black pepper and some salt.
  6. In the end take it out in a dish and put chicken on its top then serve.
