Butterfly Prawn, Tandoori Chanpen And Peking Chicken by Chef Zakir

Ingredients for Butterfly Prawn:

  • Jumbo prawns 300 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg beaten 1
  • Oil for fry
  • Green chillies 3
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup

Method:

  1. First add prawn wash it and give them cuts open like a book.
  2. Now add prawns marinate it with beaten egg, garlic paste, chopped black pepper, salt, flour, corn flour, chopped black pepper, salt, flour, corn flour.
  3. Then take it out in a platter, coat it with prawns, press it with hands.
  4. Now add green chilies in long slices.
  5. Pour oil in a pan, add green chilies, when they are cooked well then are cooked well then shallow fry the prawns from both sides.
  6. When prawns are fried then add green chilies then serve.

Ingredients for Tandoori Chanpen:

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Yogurt 125 gm
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Dry mango powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Aluminum foil as required

Method:

  1. Press the mutton chops with hammer, so that it become thin.
  2. Now add mutton chops, papaya paste, ginger garlic paste mix it well.
  3. Then add chopped onions, yogurt, chopped cumin, chopped dry mango powder, turmeric, chopped red chilies, salt and pour oil add green coriander mix it well.
  4. Now cover the mutton chops with aluminum foil.
  5. Place it in oven for 15 to 20 minutes for 200 degree C for baking it.
  6. When it becomes ready then take it out in a foil then serve.

Ingredients for Peking Chicken:

  • Chicken with skin 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion 1
  • Button mushrooms 4-5
  • Black mushrooms 4-5
  • Baby corn 4-5
  • Bamboo shoot 1 medium piece
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Honey 100 gm
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
  • White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Water 2-3 glass
