• Caster sugar 1/3 cup
• Lemon juice 2 tsp
• Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

• Almond 1 packet
• Cherries 1 dozen

Ingredients for White Chicken Handi:

• Chicken boneless 750 gm
• Ginger 1 tsp
• Garlic 1 tbsp
• Cream 1 packet
• Yogurt 1 cup
• Green chilli 8-10
• Salt to taste
• White pepper 1 tsp
• Roasted cumin 1 tbsp
• Roasted coriander 1 tbsp
• Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Green chilli powder 4-6
• Butter 1 tbsp
• Ginger 1 inch
• Coriander 2 tbsp
• Lemon 1 tbsp
