Ingredients for Vegetable Tikka Masala:

  • Potatoes 2
  • Carrots 2
  • Cabbage 250 gm
  • Green peas 250 gm
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Whole round chillies 6
  • Cardamom 4
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil as required

Ingredients for Coated Crunchy Chicken:

  • Chicken pieces 4
  • Egg 1
  • Butter milk 1/2 cup
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Basil leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Oil as required

Ingredients for Tutti Fruity Glass:

  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Custard powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Kewra 1/4 tsp
  • Red jelly 1 packet
  • Black raisins 2 tbsp
  • Almonds & Pistachios 2 tbsp
  • Chopped ice 1 cup
  • Red sharbat 2 tbsp
  • Pineapple 1/2 cup
