Chicken Gajar Masala, Achari Salaavd And Butterfly Prawns By Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Chicken Gajar Masala:

  • Chicken Boneless  1/2 kg
  • Carrot 2
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic chopped 3-4 cloves
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt  125 gm
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Milk 125 gm
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First pour oil add onions, add chopped garlic make it red.
  2. Then add small carrots, chicken.
  3. Now roast it add chicken make it golden color.
  4. Now add chopped red chilies, chopped cumin, turmeric, salt roast it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Then add yogurt, cook it more for 1 to 2 minute.
  6. Now add milk, cover and let it cook on low flame.
  7. Roast it for 8 to 10 minutes, sprinkle green coriander then serve.

Ingredients For Achari Salad:

  • Cucumber 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Cauliflower 1/4 piece
  • Beetroot boiled 1
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mix pickle 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Cabbage 1/4 piece
  • Ice berg 1/2 flower
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First add cucumber, cut them into 4 pieces, now take out the seeds of tomatoes make slices.
  2. Cut the onions.
  3. Then add green chilies, pour oil in a pan shallow fry it.
  4. First add beetroot, cabbage, chopped iceberg, mix achar, salt, lemon juice, mayonnaise mix it well and then serve.

Ingredients For Butterfly Prawns:

  • Jumbo prawns 300 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg beaten  1
  • Oil  for fry
  • Green chilies 3
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup

Method:

  1. First add prawns, wash it well cut it and open it like book.
  2. Now add prawns, marinate with beaten egg, garlic paste, chopped black pepper, salt,  flour, corn flour.
  3. Then put the bread crumbs on prawns in a platter coat it well press it with hand.
  4. Now add green chilies in long slice, pour oil in a pan.
  5. When it is cooked well then shallow fry the prawns.
  6. When all the ingredients of prawns are fried well then add green chilies for serving.
