Ingredients For Lauki/Turai Gosht:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Lauki or Turai peeled 250 gm
  • Allspice 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies  2 to 3

Ingredients For White Masala Chicken:

  • Chicken 1 kg 12 pieces
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 6
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 1/2 cup
  • Almonds blanched 12
  • Whole mixed spices 1 tbsp
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Ingredients For Andy Ka Pulao:

  • Rice  1/2 kg
  • Hard boiled eggs  4
  • Potatoes 2
  • Green chilies 20
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Brown onion 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Tomato 1
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric   1/4 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Choti methi  2 brunches
