Ingredients For Tandoori Chicken Wings:
Chicken wings 1/2 kg
Thick yogurt 125 gm
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 - 1/2 tbsp
Charcoal as required
Salt to taste
Method:
First cut the edges of chicken wings.
Now add chicken, yogurt without water, lemon juice, chopped red chilies, chopped garam masala, chopped cumin, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt marinate it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Then put them into bbq skewers fry it well.
Delicious chicken wings is ready.
Ingredients For Cocktail Fried Prawns:
Prawns 250 gm
Cucumber 1
Tomatoes 2
Capsicum 1
Ice berg 1/2 bunch
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Bread slices 3-4
Shashlik sticks as required
Oil for fry
Method:
First cut the bread slices, cut its sides, roll it out with help of roller make it thin.
Now make small cubes, take out its seeds, make small cubes of tomatoes.
Then add prawns into small pan, add salt, chopped red chilies, mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, mustard paste for marination.
Now add shashlik into wooden skewers.
Then add cucumber pieces, tomatoes, prawns fold it.
In the end add another piece of bread, when all the shashlik sticks becomes ready then deep fry it in oil.
When it turns to golden color then serve it.
Then tasty delicious cocktail fried prawns are ready.
Ingredients For Asian Roll:
Paper 8 -10
Water as required
Oil for fry
Potatoes 2-3
Onion chopped 1
Cumin crushed 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chili powder 1 tsp
Dry mango powder 1 tsp
Mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 1-2
Tomato chopped 1
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
Peas boiled 1/4 cup
