Karela Style Beef Biryani, Chicken In Tomato Lemon Sauce And Mocha Cream Dessert by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients For Mocha Cream Dessert:

  • Biscuits 1 packet
  • Coco powder 2 tbsp
  • Coffee  2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 4 packets
  • Fresh milk 1/2 liter
  • Vanilla custard 2 tbsp
  • Sugar powder  1 cup
  • Butter 1 packet
  • Pineapple cubes 1 tin
  • Chopped walnuts  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First add biscuit crust, chopped sugar mix butter.
  2. Now add the biscuit layer in a wide dish.
  3. Then add fresh cream, coffee, cocoa powder beat it.
  4. After that pour milk, vanilla custard, sugar cook them make it thick.
  5. When the biscuits layer is freezed well then add pineapple cubes on its top.
  6. In the end add fresh cream, beat it.
  7. Then add peeled and chopped walnuts, pineapple cubes on it.

Ingredients For Karela Style Beef Biryani:

  • Undercut 1 kg
  • Rice 2 to 2-1/2 cup
  • Chopped tomatoes  4
  • Fresh red chilies 10
  • Green chilies  10
  • Salt  to taste
  • Lemons  4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Onion 4
  • Butter  1 tbsp
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
  • Fresh milk 1/2 cup
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch

To Boil The Rice:

  • Mint leaves  as required
  • Green chilies  3
  • All spice powder  some
  • Small cardamom  4
  • Salt  to taste
  • White vinegar  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First make pieces of undercut and crush it lightly.
  2. Now pour ghee, oil make the onions golden brown, take it out and spread it.
  3. Then add add mutton, ginger garlic paste, salt, roast it well.
  4. After that add tomatoes, red chilies, green chilies, lemon juice, green coriander, chopped black pepper roast it again.
  5. When tomatoes water dries then simmer it on low temperature.
  6. Now add mint, with rice, green chilies, small cardamom, whole garam masala, salt and white vinegar boil it 2/4th change the water.
  7. Now pour oil on its base, make another layer of rice.
  8. Then sprinkle ready beef masala.
  9. After that add half onions, mint, another layer of rice, lemon juice, fresh milk, pinch of yellow color then simmer it.
  10. When the steam comes up then biryani is ready.
  11. In the end put fried onions and mints for serving.

Ingredients For Chicken In Tomato Lemon Sauce:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped tomatoes  4
  • Raw onion paste 1
  • Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
  • Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Salt  to taste
  • Lemons 4
  • Green chilies 4
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Pour oil in pan, add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste roast it well.
  2. Now add chicken, salt.
  3. When the chicken water dries then add tomato sauce, chili garlic sauce, chopped black pepper and cover it.
  4. After 5 minute add lemon juice, chopped green chilies and simmer it.
  5. In the end add chicken tomato lemon sauce, serve it with simple rice.
