Ingredients For Yogurt Falsa Cheese Cake:
For Cake:
Milk 1 kg
Yogurt 250 gm
Eggs 2
Cream 1 cup
China grass 30 gm
Icing sugar 2 cup
Unsalted butter 4 to 5 tbsp
Vanilla essence few drops
For Cake Base:
Biscuits as required
Butter 1 cup
For Falsa topping:
Falsa paste 1 to 2 cup
China grass 30 gm
Sugar 1 cup
Method:
First add filtered yogurt.
Now add crushed biscuits and butter mix it well.
Then pour milk, sugar cook it till the sugar saturated.
When the milk becomes thick then put the cream, yogurt, egg white beat it with the help of batter, put it into milk mixture cook it on low flame.
Now pour water in a pan add china grass cook it well.
Then add the milk mixture add few vanilla essence mix it with the help of batter, mix it well.
Now grease the pan with butter, and put the biscuit mixture into base.
Then put the mixture into freezer.
For making topping: Put falsa paste, sugar cook it well, add china grass, pour water.
When the mixture becomes thick then freeze the cake take it out and do the topping.
Then serve it.
Ingredients For Chicken Creamy Kofta:
For Kofta:
Chicken mince 250 gm
White kidney beans 250 gm
Cottage cheese 100 gm
Onion 1
Egg 1
Bread slices 3
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Green chilies 5 to 6
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
For Gravy:
Tomato puree 1 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Red chili powder 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Onion paste 1 cup
Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
For Kofta:
First add chicken mince, boiled beans, cottage cheese, onion, egg, bread slice, chopped ginger garlic paste, chopped turmeric, chopped garam masala, chopped cumin, chopped black pepper, green chilies, salt chop it well make its balls and fry it.
For making gravy, pour oil in a pan, add onions make paste light brown fry it for 1 to 2 minute.
Now add tomato puree, beaten yogurt.
After that add chopped red chilies, chopped turmeric, chopped garam masala, chopped cumin, salt and roast it well.
When the mixture becomes dry and leaves oi then add water and koftas.
Now cook it for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame.
When the kofta becomes ready then take it out in a dish and serve.
Ingredients Falsay Ka Sharbat:
Falsay 1 kg
Sugar 1 kg
Method:
First add falsay boil them well.
Then crush them well.
Now crush them well, pour water, add sugar, cook it well.
When the mixture becomes thick, then put them in a blender make it smooth.
After that cool it and put it into bottle.
