Ingredients For Dhabay Ka Keema:
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Chopped Tomatoes 4
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
White cumin 1/2 tbsp
Chopped onion 3
Lemons 2
Green chilies 4
Chopped coriander 1 bunch
Oil/ clarified butter 1 cup
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add ghee, add chopped onions make them golden brown.
Now add ginger garlic paste, chopped red chilies, turmeric, chopped coriander and roast it.
Then add chopped tomatoes.
When the tomatoes water dries then add mutton mince, salt.
After that when the mince is roasted then add white cumin, lemon juice, green chilies, simmer it for 5 minutes.
In the end add chopped green coriander, serve it with naan
Ingredients For Achari Chicken Shorba:
Chicken 1
Yogurt 1 cup
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Garlic 8 cloves
Turmeric 1 tsp
Chopped onion 2
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Onion seeds 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Whole red chilies 8
Oil 1 cup
To Fill Chilies:
Big green chilies 4
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
White cumin 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
Method:
First pour oil in a pan, make onions golden brown, take them out and spread it on newspaper.
Take out the onions on a paper, put chicken pieces, chopped turmeric, salt.
When the chicken dries then roast it well add yogurt, whole red chilies, chopped ginger, garlic cloves, fennel, whole coriander.
When the yogurt water dries then add hot water keep it on low temperature.
During this add fennel, whole coriander, white cumin, mustard seeds roast it .
Now add tamarind make it thick add salt.
Fill the long green chilies.
Then pour oil in a pan, add green chilies, sesame seeds, add salan, simmer it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Delicious achari chicken is ready.
