Ingredients For Fish Biryani:
Fish 700 gm
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
BBQ sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
For Biryani:
Rice 1/2 kg
Tomatoes 3
Dry plum 1/2 cup
Onion 2
Yogurt 1 cup
White cumin 1 tsp
Black cumin 1/2 tsp
Red chili crushed 1-1/2 tbsp
Whole spice as required
All spice powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
Food color as required
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Mint 1/2 bunch
Green chilies 5
Clarified butter 1 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
First add fish, garlic paste, chopped bbq masala, vinegar, chopped garam masala, corn flour and salt mix it well.
Pour oil in a pan, add fish cubes shallow fry them.
Take them out on a tissue paper, so that the oil absorbs.
For making rice:
First wash the rice, keep them in water.
Then pour water, cumin, salt mix them well and boil it.
Add rice cook it 1/4th.
Now filter its water.
Rice are ready.
For making korma:
First pour oil in pan, add garam masala.
When it becomes crispy, make them golden brown.
Now add ginger garlic paste for roasting.
Then add yogurt, green chilies, chopped garam masala, chopped cumin, roast it well.
Now add plum, tomato mix it well cook it for 5 to 6 minutes.
Korma is ready.
For making layer:
First put the oil of Korma in pan, make half layer of rice.
Now add green coriander, chopped mint, green chilies.
Then add remaining mince, rice, coriander, mint, green chilies.
Now pour water, pinch of yellow color mix it and put them on sides of rice.
Now put the fried fish on rice, simmer it on low temperature.
Take it out in a serving dish and then serve.
Ingredients For Vegetable Tempura:
Sliced potato 125 gm
Sliced carrot 125 gm
Sliced capsicum 125 gm
Sliced onion 125 gm
Salad leaves for garnish
For batter:
Gram flour 1 cup
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Crushed red chili 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
Method:
First add potato, carrot, capsicum, onion, chop it well.
Now add gram flour in a mixing bowl, chopped red chilies, chopped turmeric, chopped garam masala, baking soda, salt make the batter thick.
Now pour oil heat it, deep fry the batter.
Take it out and garnish it with salad leaves and then serve.
Ingredients For Sweet n Sour Raita:
Yogurt 2 cup
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Mint paste 1/2 cup
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Green chilies 3 to 4
Onion 1
Garlic 3 to 4 cloves
Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
First add onion, garlic cloves fry it well.
Then add yogurt, brown sugar, honey, mint paste, green coriander, green chilies, lemon juice, salt make its paste with water.
Now put it into serving bowl.
Sweet n sour raita is ready.
