Ingredients for Kabab With Yogurt Sauce:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Green chilli paste to taste
  • Mint 7-8 leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion 1
  • Sumac 1 tsp
  • Chapati for serving
  • Onion rings for serving
  • Coal 1

For Yogurt Sauce:

  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Mustard 5 ml
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Mint chutney 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp

Ingredients for Aloo Paratha:

For Dough:

  • Plain flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 3 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Dry flour for roll

For Filling:

  • Potato 5
  • Onion 2
  • Chaat masala 1-1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
