Ingredients For Kofta Stew:

  • Beef mince  1/2 kg
  • Bread slices  2
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Gram flour  2 tbsp
  • Seekh kabab masala  1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Salt  to taste
  • Chopped tomatoes 2
  • Lemons 2
  • Chopped garlic 6
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • All spice some
  • Whole red chilies 8
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Oil  1 cup

Ingredients For Roast Chicken With Rice:

  • Chicken fillet  4
  • Chicken tikka masala 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Yellow  food color a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemons  2
  • Rice  2 cups
  • Garlic  6 cloves
  • Green onion 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
  • Oil  as required
