Fruit Cream Cocktail, Aloo Makhni And Podina Dahi Gosht by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients For Fruit Cream Cocktail:

  • Fruit Cocktail 1 big tin
  • Vanilla custard 3 tbsp
  • Fresh milk 1/2 liter
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup
  • Strawberry jelly 1 packet
  • Hot water  1 cup
  • Fresh cream 2 packets
  • Chopped chocolates 1 packet
  • Sugar 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First pour fresh milk, sugar cook it well.
  2. Now cool it well, then pour milk, vanilla custard in milk.
  3. When the milk becomes thick then remove it from stove and cool it.
  4. Then add strawberry jelly in hot water and freeze it.
  5. First add ready custard into bowl, add condensed milk.
  6. Now add fruit cocktail in syrup without custard.
  7. Then add fresh cream, jelly decorate it with jelly.
  8. Now add chopped peas, chopped walnuts, place it in fridge.
  9. Delicious fruit cocktail is ready.

Ingredients For Podina Dahi Gosht:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves 2 bunches
  • Green chilies 8
  • Red chilies 8
  • Chopped onion 4
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Lemons 2
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, add chopped onions make them golden brown, take it out half, add half into mutton.
  2. Along salt.
  3. When the mutton water dries, then add chopped turmeric, chopped ginger garlic paste, roast it lightly pour hot water.
  4. Now cover and let it cook on low temperature.
  5. After that add chopped mint, whole red chilies, add green chilies chop it well.
  6. Then add chopped garam masala, lemon juice, simmer it lightly on low temperature.
  7. Simmer it add roasted white cumin, chopped black pepper.
  8. Delicious podina dahi gosht is ready.

Ingredients For Aloo Makhni:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Fenugreek leaves 6 bunches
  • Chopped soya 2 bunches
  • Butter 1 small packet
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Fresh red chilies 8
  • Green chilies  4
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First add fenugreek leaves, wash it and add turmeric.
  2. Pour oil in a pan heat it.
  3. Now add peeled potato cubes, heat it and deep fry and make the onions golden brown.
  4. After that add fenugreek leaves, chopped soya, fresh red chilies, chopped green chilies, chopped termeric, roast it well.
  5. Now add fried potato, salt, simmer it for 5 minutes.
  6. Then add butter, fresh cream, simmer it for more 10 minutes.
  7. Delicious aloo makhni is ready to serve with hot chapatti.
