Ingredients For Jodhpuri Mutton:
Mutton 1/2 kg
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion chopped 2
Bay leaves 2
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Water 1- 1 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Tomatoes chopped 2
Green cardamoms 4-5
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Method:
First pour oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste, mutton, chopped onions cook it on low temperature so that the onions becomes soft.
Then add chopped red chilies, chopped garam masala, curry leaves, chopped turmeric, chopped coriander, salt, tomatoes, green chilies, roast it for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then pour water cover and let it cook.
Remave its cover after 25 to 30 minutes add green coriander and keep it on high temperature for roasting.
Serve it when oil comes up.
Ingredients For Mehbobi:
Flour 250 gm
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Olive oil 3-4 tbsp
Khoya 125 gm
Almonds chopped 50 gm
Pistachio chopped 50 gm
Sugar 125 gm
Sugar syrup 1/2 cup
Oil for fry
Method:
First add flour, baking powder, olive oil, pour water then knead it well.
Keep it in mind that it should become soft not hard.
Now cover it and keep it on a side.
First add chopped almonds, chopped pistachio, khoya, sugar mix it and keep it on a side.
Now roll out the dough, make small square pieces.
Close the square pieces with the khoya mixture, then shallow fry it in deep fry.
Take out the dish when its color changes to golden color.
Then add sugar syrup.
In the end add almonds, pistachio sprinkle khoya.
Delicious Mehbobi is ready.
Ingredients For Zeera Murgh:
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Onion chopped 2
Oil 1/4 cup
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Ginger 1 medium piece
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 -1 1/2 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
First pour oil add chopped onions, ginger, chopped garlic, boneless chicken roast it well, add chicken make it golden.
Now add chopped cumin, whole cumin, chopped black pepper, salt, lemon juice, pour water cover and let it cook.
Remove it cover from 10 to 12 minutes for roasting.
In the end sprinkle garam masala mix it then serve.
