Ingredients For Aalo Kay Rings:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp yellow color
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. First peel the skin of potatoes, cut it into stick pieces.
  2. Now put it into hot water, add pinch of yellow color, baking powder, salt take it out for 1 minute.
  3. Then put it into cold water, so that they are not fully tendered.
  4. Now add gram flour, flour, salt, corn flour, chopped red chilies, chaat masala mix it well.
  5. After that add potatoes, dip it into hot oil.
  6. In the end add potato ring serve it with chutney or ketchup.

Ingredients For Methi Kay Parathay:

  • 2 cups gram flour
  • 2 cups white flour
  • 3 cups fenugreek leaves
  • Salt as required
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder

Ingredients For Crunch

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup oil

Method:

  1. First add gram flour, wheat, fenugreek leaves, salt, yogurt, chopped red chilies, mashed banana knead it well.
  2. Then make portions, roll it out and fried it in oil.
  3. In the end add parathay, red or green chutney, serve it with achar then serve.
