Ingredients For Carrot & Custard Pudding:

  • Carrots 1/2 kg
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Fresh milk  1 liter
  • Condensed milk  1/2 tin
  • Rafhan vanilla custard 2-3 tbsp
  • Chopped Almonds 15
  • Chopped Walnuts  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First cut the carrots, peel its skin and grate it.
  2. Now add fresh milk, sugar, carrot let it cook.
  3. When the sugar is saturated then add cool milk, vanilla custard powder in milk, stir it with spoon.
  4. When it becomes thick then add almonds, walnuts.
  5. After that add condensed milk.
  6. In the end add chopped almonds and pistachio for garnishing and serve it to cool.

Ingredients For Mirch Gosht:

  • Mutton  1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 1/2 kg
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Lemons  2
  • Onion  3
  • Curry leaves  few
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Nigella seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan add onions for frying.
  2. When they turn to golden color then add turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste roast it well.Then add mutton.When the mutton water dries then add green chilies for shallow frying.Now pour water in mutton.When the mutton is tendered then roast the chopped black pepper, curry leaves, green chilies, roasted and chopped white cumin, lemon juice, kalonji simmer it well.

Ingredients For Golden Chicken Cutlets:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste  1tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Green chilies  8
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds  1/2 cup
  • Bread slices as required
  • Eggs  3
  • Oil  as required

Method:

  1. First add mince, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, white vinegar, salt boil it without water.
  2. Then add green chilies, chopped green coriander.
  3. Along chopped black pepper.
  4. Now add bread slices, cut it round.
  5. Then add egg, pour chicken masala on it.
  6. Then brush it with white sesame seeds and keep it on a tray.
  7. After that pour oil add ready slices deep fry it make it golden brown.
  8. Golden chicken cutlet is ready.
