Gujrati Chicken Karahe, Eggplant With Peanuts And Morning Glory Shake by Rida Afta

Ingredients For Gujrati Chicken Karahe:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Green chili 6
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp

For Tarka Making:

  • Curry leaves 6
  • Round chilies 6
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Hing  1 pinch

Method:

  1. Add chicken. ginger, garlic, water, salt and boil it well.
  2. Now add yogurt, onion, rice flour, green chilies, salt, turmeric, coconut milk and water blend it well.
  3. Then add chicken leave it to cook for half an hour.
  4. When it becomes thick then turn off the stove.
  5. After that pour oil add curry leaves, round chilies, cumin, mustard seeds, hing make it ready and put the chicken.


Ingredients For Eggplant with peanuts:

  • Egg plant 4
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Peanuts  1/2 cup
  • Chopped green chili 4
  • Green coriander 4 tbsp
  • Cream  1/2 cup
  • Fried cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Butter  2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds  1 tsp

Method:

  1. First peel the skin of brinjal boil it well mash it.
  2. Now add yogurt, cream, green chilies, roasted cumin, chopped garlic mix it well.
  3. Then add butter, peanuts, mustard seeds give it baghaar.


Ingredients For Morning Glory Shake:

  • Banana 2
  • Pineapple 1 cup
  • Honey 4 tbsp
  • Cream  1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Ice  1 cup

Method:

  1. First put banana, pineapple, honey, cream, ice and milk blend it well.
  2. Now serve it by putting ice in it.
