Ingredients For Paneer Aloo Bhaji:
Paneer 250 gm
Potatoes 1/2 kg
Tomatoes 1/2 kg
Ghee 250 gm
Whole red chilies 8
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Whole red pepper 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Onion 2
Curry leaves 6
Green chilies 4
Method:
First add ghee add paneer fry it and take it out.
Now add brown onions, whole red chilies, cumin, turmeric, salt, ginger garlic, curry leaves, green chilies.
Then add boiled potatoes, pieces.
Along paneer pieces mix it well and turn off the stove.
Ingredients For Dhaba Keema:
Mince 1/2 kg
Onion 250 gm
Tomatoes 1-2
Bay leaf 2
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Cardamom 6
Cloves 6
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Hing 1 pinch
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Green chilies 6
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil as required
Method:
Pour oil, add curry leaves, cumin, cardamom, cloves, hing, fenugreek leaves.
When it starts to smell then add mince, roast it well.
Now add onion, tomatoes, chopped coriander, salt, turmeric, chopped red chilies cook it for 10 minutes.

Then add yogurt, green chilies, lemon juice, chopped green coriander simmer it for 10 minutes then turn off the stove.
Ingredients For Laban Chicken Curry:
Chicken 1
Lassi 1/2 liter
Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Green chilies 1 tbsp
Saffron 1/2 tbsp
Garlic cloves 6
Onion 1
Green coriander 4 tbsp
Method:
Put the chicken, lassi, chopped black pepper, pour oil, chopped green chilies, saffron, garlic cloves, onion cook it on low temperature.
When it is dried then turn off the stove add green coriander.
