Ingredients For Beef In Peanut Sauce:
Beef undercut 1/2 kg
Lemon skin 1 tsp
Beef/ chicken stock 1/2 cup
Coconut milk 1/4 cup
Peanut roasted 50 gm
Button red chilies 4-5
Onion 1 medium
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Fresh red chilies 1-2
Spring onion 1
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Dry basil leaves 1/2 tsp
Garlic 3-4
Ginger 1 medium piece
Salt to taste to taste
Capsicum 1
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Method:
First put coconut milk, boiled dry red chilies, pour oil and onion, make its paste.
Now pour oil in a pan, add chopped garlic cook it well.
Then add beef slices cook it well.
When the beef water is dried then add onion paste.
Along green onion, green capsicum, chopped red fresh chilies, stock cover and let it cook.
Remove its cover after 5 to 6 minutes add peanuts, basil, chopped coriander, lemon skin, roast it well.
Boil it till it becomes ready, serve it with rice or fried rice.
Ingredients For European Spicy Chicken:
Chicken breast sliced 2
Butter 3 tbsp
Fresh red chilies 2
Honey 1 tbsp
Crushed cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Potatoes 2
Red capsicum chopped 1
Tomato 1
Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
Garlic 3-4
Cream cheese 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First pour butter in a pan, add garlic cloves and fry it well.
Then add chicken slices, fry it till it becomes golden brown.
Now add chopped capsicum, chopped fresh red chilies, chopped boiled potatoes roast it for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add chopped cumin, turmeric, chopped red chilies, salt, mix it well and cook it more for 1 to 2 minute.
Now add tomato cubes, green coriander, honey mix it well.
In the end add fresh cream mix it then serve.

Oil 2-3 tbsp

Chili powder
Turmeric

Milk 250 ml
