Ingredients For Black pepper Chicken:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Yogurt 250 gm
Onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Cinnamon 2 to 3 sticks
Clove 2 to 3
Big cardamom 1 to 2
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Red chili 1 tbsp
Whole coriander 1/2 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Green coriander 2 to 3 tbsp
Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First pour oil in a pan heat it, add cinnamon, cloves, big cardamom, make it crispy.
Then add ginger garlic paste, add onions and fry it.
Then add chicken for roasting.
Put red chilies, chopped whole coriander, chopped garam masala, chopped turmeric, salt mix it well roast it well.
When the yogurt is absorb, when the chicken is tender then cook it well.
Add ready masala, dish out it and red chilies sprinkle green coriander then serve.
Ingredients For Raw Mango Pickle:
Raw mango 1 kg
Whole cumin 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Aniseed 1 tbsp
Nigella seed 1/2 tsp
Carom seed 1/2 tsp
Onion seed 1 tsp
Fenugreek seed 1/2 tbsp
Crushed red chili 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 cup
Mustard oil 2 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add vinegar, water heat it light.
Then add salt, turmeric, cook it till it tenders.
Take a big pan, then add olive oil, heat it well.
Now add chopped red chilies, kalonji, fennel, mustard seeds, whole cumin, fenugreek seeds, carom seed.
Then put it into air tight jar.
Ingredients For Raw Mango Juice:
Raw mango 3 to 4
Sugar 250 gm
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Ice as required
Method:
First boil the raw mango with its skin.
When the raw mango become soft then remove its skin.
Now add sugar, lemon juice, cook it for 15 minutes on low temperature.
Make it cool then place it in fridge.
Serve it by adding ice.
