Banglore Rice, Mangolian Beef Mince And Schezwn Fried Fish by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Banglore Rice:

  • Rice 300 gm
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Dry red chilies 3-4
  • Coriander seeds  1 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
  • Gram lentils  50 gm
  • White lentils  50 gm
  • Pigeon peas 50 gm
  • Brinjal  1
  • Peas boiled 1 cup
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Butter  2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • Salt  to taste
  • Tamarind paste  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, add dry red chilies, chopped coriander, chopped coconut, dry pigeon peas, gram lentil fry it well 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Then keep it on a side pour water mix all ingredients.
  3. Now add wet arhaar lentil, water and oil cover and let it cook.
  4. When the lentil becomes soft then add 15 to 20 minutes add rice, small cubes, chopped brinjal, boiled peas, turmeric, salt, curry leaves, tamarind paste, butter, chopped masala mix it well let it cook on low temperature.
  5. When the rice rises then mix it well simmer it for 6 to 8 minutes.
  6. Delicious banglore rice is ready.

Ingredients For Mangolian Beef Mince:

  • Beef mince  1/2 kg
  • Cabbage chopped  1/4 piece
  • Lemon (juice) 1
  • Carrot  1
  • Red capsicum 1
  • Spring onion 2
  • Chili garlic sauce  2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1
  • Garlic  3
  • Corn flour  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First pour oil add chopped garlic, ginger.
  2. When it its lightly cooked then add beef mince cook it till it is dried.
  3. Then add chopped cabbage, carrot, capsicum, green onionm cook it more for 1 to 2  minutes.
  4. Then add lemon juice, chili garlic sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sesame oil, soya sauce mix it well.
  5. Now add corn flour with some water, add mince, heat it high for roasting.
  6. Delicious mangolian beef mince is ready.
  7. Serve it with boiled rice or fried rice.

Ingredients For Schezwn Fried Fish:

  • Fish fillet 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Fresh red chilies  3
  • Capsicum chopped 1
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil  for fry

Method:

  1. First add fish fillet pieces.
  2. Then add salt, chopped red chilies, lemon juice, garlic paste, mix it well.
  3. Now add red fresh chilies, capsicum, chop it well.
  4. Along beated egg mix it well.
  5. Then add chopped corn flour, gram flour.
  6. In the end add worchester sauce mix it well pour oil deep fry it well.
  7. Take it out hot then serve.
