Ingredients For Roasted Chicken Rice:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Stock  2 cups
  • Honey  4 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Green chili  2
  • Black pepper 1 tsp

For Chicken

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Soya sauce 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Oregano  1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First wash the rice, and keep it in water for half an hour.
  2. Now heat the stock, add salt, green chilies, black pepper cook it.
  3. Now add rice, when the water dries then add honey and simmer it for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken, soya sauce, black pepper, salt, oregano, garlic , oil and place it in fridge for whole night.
  5. Then bake it on 180 degree C and put it on rice then serve.


Ingredients For Red lemonade:

  • Red sharbaat 1/2 cup
  • Lemon slice  2
  • Lemon juice  1/2 cup
  • Water 4 glasses
  • Black salt  2 tsp
  • Sugar  4 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 1 cup
  • Ice  2 cups


Ingredients For Bread Coffee Cake:

  • Flour 3 cups
  • Yeast  1 tbsp
  • Luke warm milk 1 cup
  • Icing powder 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs  2
  • Butter 1/2 cup

For Filling:

  • Egg 1
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar  1/2 cup
  • Chopped almonds  4 tbsp

For Topping:

  • Coffee 1 tbsp
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Egg  1

Method:

  1. First add flour, yeast, milk, sugar, salt, butter in a pan knead it well.
  2. Then cover it for half an hour.
  3. For topping add coffee, butter, sugar, egg mix it well.
  4. Make the roti of knead flour, add cardamom, chopped pistachio, almonds and sugar, add egg, roll it make small portions and put it on a oven proof dish.
  5. Put some coffee on its top then bake it for 20 minutes on 180 degree C.
