Ingredients For Roasted Chicken Rice:
Rice 1/2 kg
Stock 2 cups
Honey 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green chili 2
Black pepper 1 tsp
For Chicken
Chicken 1 kg
Soya sauce 1/2 cup
Black pepper 1 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
First wash the rice, and keep it in water for half an hour.
Now heat the stock, add salt, green chilies, black pepper cook it.
Now add rice, when the water dries then add honey and simmer it for 1 minute.
Add chicken, soya sauce, black pepper, salt, oregano, garlic , oil and place it in fridge for whole night.
Then bake it on 180 degree C and put it on rice then serve.
Ingredients For Red lemonade:
Red sharbaat 1/2 cup
Lemon slice 2
Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Water 4 glasses
Black salt 2 tsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Mint leaves 1 cup
Ice 2 cups
Ingredients For Bread Coffee Cake:
Flour 3 cups
Yeast 1 tbsp
Luke warm milk 1 cup
Icing powder 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Eggs 2
Butter 1/2 cup
For Filling:
Egg 1
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 cup
Chopped almonds 4 tbsp
For Topping:
Coffee 1 tbsp
Butter 50 gm
Sugar 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Method:
First add flour, yeast, milk, sugar, salt, butter in a pan knead it well.
Then cover it for half an hour.
For topping add coffee, butter, sugar, egg mix it well.
Make the roti of knead flour, add cardamom, chopped pistachio, almonds and sugar, add egg, roll it make small portions and put it on a oven proof dish.
Put some coffee on its top then bake it for 20 minutes on 180 degree C.
