Ingredients For Toblerone Cake:
Cornflakes crushed 2 cups
Butter 4 ounces
Honey 4 tbsp
Ingredients For Filling:
Cream cheese 8 ounces
Fresh cream whipped 8 ounces
Gelatin 2 tbsp
Toblerone chopped 8 ounces
Eggs 3
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Sugar 5 ounces
Method:
For making base crush the corn flakes mix it with melted butter and honey.
Then spread it in spring form pan bake it for 10 minutes on 180 degree C.
Now for making filling add egg yolk, sugar, beat it.
Then add water, gelatin, egg yolk mix it well.
Now pour fresh cream beat it well and keep it on a side.
Then put egg white, beat it well with sugar.
Now beat the cheese and egg yolk and white mixture then fold it.
Then fold it in chocolate, then put the ready corn flakes on its base.
Garnish it with toblerone and cream then serve.
Ingredients For Popeye Fried Chicken:
Chicken 1 kg 12 pieces
Self raising flour 1 cup
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Mustard 1/2 tsp
Egg 1 or 2
Corn crumbs 2 cups
Cold water 1/4 cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Method:
First add self rising flour, corn flour, salt, paprika, baking soda, chopped black pepper, mustard, sugar mix it well.
Now add corn crumbs.
Then beat the egg with water.
Now add chicken pieces, dip it into flour mixture.
Then dip it into water mixture, then in con crumbs, deep fry it for 15 to 20 minutes, until it becomes golden brown.
In the end serve it with fries.
Ingredients For Chinnoti Sada Pulao:
Mutton 750 gm
Rice 750 gm
Oil 3/4 cup
Onion 1 large
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Aalu bukhara 8
Green chilies 8 to 10
Tomatoes 3
Black pepper 10
Black cardamom 2
Cloves 6
White cumin 1 tbsp
Cinnamon 1 stick
Method:
First put the chicken in water with small cardamom, black pepper, black cardamom, cloves, white cumin, sugar, ginger garlic paste, salt, chopped red chilies, plum boil it well.
Cover and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Then add tomato.
Now pour ghee, add onions for frying.
When it becomes golden brown then add water and fry it well.
After that add water cook it with remaining stock.
Then add wet rice, cook it for 15 to 20 minutes.
When the water dries then put it on simmer.
Ingredients For Watermelon Cheesecake Shake:
Water melon 2 ounce
Condensed milk 1/2 tin
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Whipped cream 1 cup
Choco chip cookies 4
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Vanilla ice cream 1 cup
Crushed ice 1 cup
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a blender, blend them well.
