Ingredients For Adraki Chops Biryani:

  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
  • Mutton chops 750 gm
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Sluiced onions 3
  • Green chilies 4
  • Oil  3-4 tbsp
  • Lemon  1
  • All spice powder  1 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped coriander  4 tbsp
  • Fresh mint leaves  for garnishing

For Biryani:

  • Rice  1/2 kg
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Kewra water 1 tbsp
  • Milk  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First add mutton chops, yogurt, chopped red chilies, chopped turmeric, ginger paste, salt, onion slices, chopped green chilies, mix it well, keep it on a side for 3 hours.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan, add marinated mutton chops, saute it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Then cover it  for 30 minutes.
  4. Pour water during cooking.
  5. Now pour water, add ginger, lemon juice, chopped cumin, chopped coriander, chopped garam masala, green coriander mix it well.
  6. Now make the layer of biryani.


Ingredients For Darbari Salad:

  • Boneless chicken breast
  • Apple
  • Fruit cocktail
  • Mayonnaise
  • Fresh cream  2 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Caster sugar  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put chicken boneless breast, apple cubes, fruit cocktail, mayonnaise, fresh cream, salt, white pepper, caster sugar mix it well.
  2. Now put them on salad leaves then serve.


Ingredients For Smoked Jhatpat Chicken:

  • Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup  2 tbsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum  1
  • Tomato  1
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1/4 cup
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Orange color  1 pinch


Ingredients For Lemon Pineapple Smoothie:

  • Vanilla ice-cream  2 cups
  • Pineapple tidbits 1 can
  • Soda 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Yellow color  1 drop

Method:

  1. Put vanilla essence cream, pineapple tidbits, lemon soda, lemon juice.
  2. Pinch of yellow color in a blender.
