Ingredients For Harissa Sauce:

  • Whole round chill 6-8
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Dry coriander 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Green coriander  1 tbsp

Ingredients For Vegetable Pulao:

  • Basmati rice 2 cups
  • Onion 1
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Sliced green chilies 3-4
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Whole cumin 1 tsp
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Black peppercorn 6-8
  • Cubed potatoes 1 cup
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Cubed carrots 1/4 cup
  • Boiled eggs  2-3
