Ingredients For Chicken With Thai Seasoning:
Chicken breast 2
Spinach few leaves
Lemon skin 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 1-2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Fresh red chilies 2-3
Eggs 2
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 -1 1/2 tbsp
Chicken stock 1/4 cup
Lemon skin 1/2 tsp
Garlic chopped 2-3 cloves
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Method:
First put the few curry leaves, spinach, lemon skin, chopped green coriander, boiled and mashed eggs, chopped red fresh chilies, lemon juice.
Now add chicken breast, open it like a chicken, fill it with all mixture bake it.
Then pour oil in a pan, add chicken shallow fry it well, when it becomes golden color then take it out and keep it on a side.
Then pour oil, in a pan, add chopped garlic for frying.
Then add white vinegar, brown sugar, chicken stew.
After few seconds, add lemon skin, chopped coriander, chopped red fresh chilies, salt.
When it starts to cook in some water then add corn flour, make the sauce thick.
In the end change the side of chicken breast, cut it into slice.
Then put some sauce on it then serve the chicken with Thai seasoning.
Ingredients For Hi Tea Potato:
Potatoes boiled 3-4
Tomato chopped 1
Ice berg chopped 1/4 piece
Capsicum chopped 1
Carrot chopped 1
Pineapple chopped 2 ring
Apple chopped 1
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 2-4 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 100 gm
Method:
First add tomatoes, ice berg, capsicum, and carrot.
Now add chopped vegetables, pineapple, apple, salt, chopped black pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice mix it well.
Now add boiled potatoes, cut it slices.
Then add potatoes.
When all vegetables are mixed then make it thick, fill it with chopped vegetables.
In the end add cheese on its top, place it in oven for 200 degree C for 3 to 4 minutes, keep it till it is baked well, and the cheese starts to melt.
Ingredients For Beet Root Fish:
Beetroot (boiled) 2
Potatoes boiled 2
Dill 1/4 bunch
Fish fillet 300 gm
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Capsicum 1
Tomato 1
Onion 1
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Oil for fry
Dry flour 1/2 cup
Method:
First cut the fish fillet into small cubes.
Then add potato, few beetroot cubes.
Now add fish cubes, salt, chopped red chilies, lemon juice mix it well.
Then put them on plate, add dry flour.
Now add fish cubes coat them pour oil deep fry them and keep it on a side.
Then pour oil, add boiled potato, fry them.
When the potato turns to golden color then turn off the stove.
Now pour oil in a pan, add garlic paste, fry it well.
When it changes its color then add capsicum, onions.
Roast it for 1 minutes, fry it add potato, beetroot, tomatoes, chopped soya, salt, chopped red chilies.
In the end add fried fish mix it then serve.
