Ingredients For Espresso Fudge Cake:
For Cake:
Egg 4
Brown sugar 1 cup
Cocoa powder 1 ounce
Melted chocolate 4 ounce
Milk 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Flour 7 ounce
Baking powder 2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Butter 8 ounce
Burned sugar syrup 2 tbsp
For Ganache:
Cream 8 ounce
Grated chocolate 16 ounce
Butter 1 ounce
Coffee 1 tbsp
Icing sugar 1 ounce
Method:
First grease the pan and line it.
Now place it in oven on 180 degree C.
Put melted butter,until it becomes creamy.
Then add brown sugar, melted chocolate beat it.
Now add egg, along flour, mix it well.
Now put that mixture into greased pan, bake it for 180 degree C for 35 to 40 minutes.
Now for assembling, add cream, grated chocolate, butter, coffee, icing sugar beat it well.
Now cut the layer of cake, garnish it then serve.
Ingredients For Anokhi Chicken:
Chicken boneless cubes 1/2 kg
Allspice 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Orange color 1 pinch
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Corn flour 3 to 4 tbsp
Oil for frying
Ingredients For Sauce:
Oil 1/4 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 3
Allspice 1/2 tsp
Ketchup 4 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Curry leaves 20
Tomato puree 1/4 cup
Method:
First add chicken, garam masala, chopped red chilies, salt, ginger garlic, orange color, yogurt, vinegar, egg, corn flour marinate it for an hour.
Now add chicken pieces, pour oil deep fry it well, until it becomes light brown.
For sauce, pour oil, add ginger chopped, chopped garlic, curry leaves, chopped green chilies fry it for a minute.
Now add yogurt, chopped green coriander, garam masala, ketchup, tomato puree, cook it with half cup of water., until it becomes thick.
In the end add chicken, fry it well then serve.
Ingredients For Aloo Walay Nargasi Chops:
Mince meat 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili whole 8
Allspice 1 tsp
Green chilies 3
Boiled eggs 4 to 6
Potatoes 4
Egg beaten 1
Bread crumbs 1/2 to 1 cup
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Method:
Take a pan, add mince, water, ginger garlic, cumin, garam masala, chopped black pepper, green chilies, whole red chilies, salt, cook it well, until it becomes thick.
Grind the mince till becomes smooth.
Now add boiled eggs, mix it with mince, cover it.
Now add boiled and peeled potatoes, salt, chopped coriander, green chilies, potatoes, mix it well, coat it boiled eggs.
Now dip the beaten egg, coat it with bread crumbs.
After that deep fry them, till they become golden brown.
Then serve it with chutney.
