Ingredients For Cheese Onion Rosti:
Potatoes boiled 2-3
Onion chopped 1
Cheddar cheese 100 gm
Parsley chopped 1/4 bunch
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Flour 1/2 cup
Spring onion chopped 1
Red chilies chopped 2-3
Eggs boiled 2
Method:
First add grated potatoes in a bowl. then add chopped onions, grated fresh red chilies, green onion, parsley, salt, chopped red chilies, mix it well.
Along grated eggs, chopped cheddar cheese mix it well.
Now make round kebabs, now coat it with dry flour, pour oil to shallow fry it in oil.
Make it golden brown then serve.
Ingredients For Chicken Vegetable With Crispy Noodles:
Rice vermicelli 1/2 packet
Bean sprouts 1 cup
Chicken breast sliced 2
Tomatoes (cubes) 2
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds roasted 1 tbsp
Oil for fry
Oil 1/4 cup
Fresh red chilies 2
Ginger chopped 1
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Worcester sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Capsicum 1
Carrot 1
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
First pour oil add chopped ginger for frying.
When it is cooked well then add chicken breast, cook it till it turns to golden color.
Then add capsicum, chopped tomatoes, green coriander, chopped mint, roasted sesame seed, chopped fresh red chilies, lemon juice, worcester sauce, chili garlic sauce, mix it for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add salt, chopped black pepper, honey.
In the end add bean sprout keep it on a side.
Now pour oil add rice vermicelli.
When it turns to crispy then take it out in a platter.
Then spread ready chicken in its center then serve.
