Ingredients For Karahi Chicken Rice:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Soaked rice 1/2 kg
Tomatoes 1/2 kg
Green chili 10
Mint leaves 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Whole black pepper 10
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Onion 2
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Bay leaves 2
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add onions make them golden brown.
Now add chicken, ginger garlic paste, cumin, whole red chilies, turmeric, salt, curry leaves for roasting.
Then add tomatoes, green chilies for roasting.
After that add add wet rice, pour water for cooking.
When the water dries then add mint, simmer it for 10 minutes.
Ingredient For Chicken Kashmiri Style:
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Lemon juice
For Gravy:
Chopped onion 1 cup
Yogurt 250 gm
Green chilies paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander 1 tsp
Green coriander as required
Curran 50 gm
Almonds 50 gm
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
First take a chicken boneless, add ginger garlic, salt, chopped red chilies, turmeric, mustard paste, lemon juice, leave it for half an hour.
For gravy, pour oil in a pan, add chopped onions.
When the onions becomes light brown then add yogurt, green chili paste, salt, chopped coriander for roasting.
Now add chicken with masala simmer it for 20 minutes.
In the end add raisin, almond, green coriander then turn off the stove.
Ingredients For Watermelon Crush:
Watermelon 100 gm
Orange juice 1 glass
Sugar 4 tbsp
Mint leaves for garnish
Ice 2 glass
Red sharbat 4 tbsp
Water 1 glass
Method:
First add watermelon make small pieces grind it then.
Now pour it in glass, add sugar, red sharbat, ice and blend it well.
After that take it out in a glass, add mint for garnish then serve.
