Ingredients For Margarita Pizza:
For Dough:
White flour 300 gm
Yeast 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Butter 3 to 4 tbsp
Olive oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste
For Topping:
Beef slice 5 to 6
Tomato 5 to 6
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Garlic 4 to 5 cloves
Basil 1 pinch
Mozzarella cheese 300 gm
Oregano 1 pinch
Olive oil 1 tsp
Method:
First put warm water, add yeast, sugar, mix it well leave it for 1 minute.
Now add salt, olive oil, butter, baking powder, yeast, knead it well and leave it for 3 to 4 hours.
Then take out the dough, fold it on hand, roll out it.
Dough is ready.
For topping:
Boil the tomatoes lightly, boil it and peel its skin.
Then put them in a blender, add garlic, basil, olive oil, chopped black pepper blend it well make it smooth.
Then grease the oven tray with butter.
Spread the topping on dough, put 5 to 6 slices of beef, mozzarella cheese, make small balls, oregano.
In the end bake it in preheated oven on 200 degree C.
Ingredients For Saffron Pasta With Sun Dried Tomatoes:
Spiral pasta 1 packet
Sun dried tomatoes 250 gm
Thyme 1 tsp
Chopped garlic4 to 5 cloves
Mozzarella cheese 100 gm
Stock 2 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Saffron 1 pinch
Cream 1/2 cup
Olive oil 3 to 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Pour water, add salt.
When the water boils then add pasta, pour oil, boil it for 10 minutes.
When the temperature of the pasta becomes normal then take it out and pour some oil and keep it on a side.
Now pour water in a bowl.
Add saffron, leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Then pour oil in a pan heat it, add garlic cloves for frying.
Now put the saffron, fried garlic, cream, mozzarella cheese, make its stew in a blender, make its smooth paste.
Now put them again in a pan, cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then put the dried tomato, salt, chopped black pepper, thyme, olive oil cook it for 2 to 3minutes.
In the end add pasta mix it well and dish out it.
Ingredients For Crispy Cheese Bun:
Chicken breast 300 gm
Eggs 2 to 3
Bun 4 to 5
White flour 1/2 cup
Rice flour 1 cup
Corn flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1/3 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
White pepper 1 tbsp
Chicken powder 2 tbsp
White vinegar 3 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
Cheese slices 3 to 4
Oil for fry
ice berg as required
Salt to taste
Method:
First cut the chicken breast into slice, pour oil on a plastic bag, and put the chicken slice on it.
Then make it thin with help of hammer.
Now make all the pieces thin and keep it in a bowl.
Then add vinegar, salt, mustard paste, chopped red chilies ,garlic powder, mix it and marinate it for half an hour.
For dry mixture:
Take a big box, add flour, rice flour, chicken powder, black pepper, white pepper, baking powder, garlic powder and salt mix it well.
For making chicken crispy:
Take a egg beat it, take a per-marinated chicken dip it into oil, fry all the pieces individually .
Pour some sauce, put the chicken pieces, and cheese slices.
Then put the ice berg leaves on it.
In the end put another part of bun then serve.
