Ingredients For Strawberry Russe:

for Chocolate Sponge:

  • Eggs 2
  • Sugar  2 ounce
  • Flour  1-1/2 ounce
  • Coco powder  1 tbsp
  • Baking powder  1/2 tsp

For Filling:

  • Eggs 3
  • Sugar  5 ounce
  • Fresh cream whipped 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Gelatin 2 tbsp
  • Water  1/4 cup
  • Strawberry essence
  • Strawberries chopperized

For Icing:

  • Chocolate  4 ounce
  • Cream  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First pour milk, egg yolk, sugar, cook it for 2 minutes, until it becomes thick.
  2. Now add pinch of yellow color add strawberry essence, when it is saturated then add gelatin powder, add chopped strawberries.
  3. Now add beaten fresh cream and fold it.
  4. Now add beaten egg white, sugar beat them together to make it stiff.
  5. Now add egg yolk, fold it into mixture.
  6. Then add mixture chocolate cake and freeze it.
  7. Then add chocolate, spread the cream on it.
  8. Now put it on set dessert, fresh it.

Ingredients For Meat balls Sub Sandwich:

  • Mince  250 gm
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Mint leaves  8
  • White cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Onion  1
  • Coriander leaves  1 tsp
  • Oregano Leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Bread slice  1

For Marina Sauce:

  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Onion  1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste  1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Sugar  1 tsp
  • Oregano  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup  1 tbsp
  • Orange color  1 pinch

For Sandwich:

  • Long bun 2
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Onion  1
  • Cucumber  1
  • Pickled cucumber  1
  • Iceberg lettuce chopped  as required
  • Mayonnaise as required
  • Mustard paste  as required
  • Thousand island dressing  as required

Method:

  1. First take a mince add salt, mint leaves, chopped and roasted white cumin, egg, chopped onions, chopped coriander, chopped oregano, garlic, chopped black pepper, chopped red chilies, put the bread slices in milk.
  2. Now make small balls and deep fry it.
  3. Then put them in marina sauce, serve it with bread.
  4. For making marina sauce pour oil, add chopped garlic, chopped onions for frying, until it becomes light brown.
  5. Now add tomato puree, chopped red chilies, salt, sugar, oregano, oil tomato ketchup, pinch of yellow color cook it until it becomes thick.
  6. Then put the fried balls sauce, cook it for 5 minutes.
  7. Now for making sandwich, cut the bread, put them with marina sauce meat balls.
  8. Then add chopped capsicum, chopped tomato, chopped onion, chopped cucumber, achari cucumber, chopped iceberg, mayonnaise, mustard paste, thousand island dressing then serve.

Ingredients For Mexican Vermicelli Soup:

  • Rice vermicelli 1/2 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Stock  4 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First add butter, heat it add chopped onions.
  2. Now add stock, tomato puree, rice vermicelli, salt, chopped black pepper.
  3. In the end add cheddar cheese then serve it hot.
