Spaghetti Italiano, Garlic Mushrooms, Chicken Alfredo Pizza And Water Melon Cucumber Colada by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients For Chicken Alfredo Pizza:

Pizza Dough:

  • Flour 2 1/2 cup
  • Instant yeast 1 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Sugar  1 tsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Chicken powder  1 tsp
  • Luke warm water  to knead

For Filling:

  • Boneless chicken 8 ounce
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Wooster sauce  1 tbsp

For Alfredo Sauce:

  • Butter 2 ounce
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Cream  1/2 cup
  • Cream cheese 4 cube
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper  1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs  1 tsp
  • Parsley chopped 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp

For Topping:

  • Mushrooms sliced 4
  • Olives  4
  • Jalapeno pepper  as required
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Oregano  1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese  1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. For making pizza dough, pour flour, yeast, salt, sugar, oil, chicken powder mix it well.
  2. Now knead it warm water.
  3. Then grease it and cover it for 1 hour.
  4. Now knead it and put it into greased pan, spread it and make marks with fork.

For Alfredo Sauce:

  1. Heat the butter in a pan.
  2. Now add chopped garlic then saute it.
  3. Then add milk, cream cheese, salt, black pepper, chopped red chilies, mixed herbs, parsley, soya sauce, make it thick.
  4. Now for assembling pizza, pour ready alfredo sauce on a pan dough and put the chicken topping, spread mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, bake it for 200 degree C for 20 minutes.

Ingredients For Spaghetti Italiano:

  • Mince 8 ounce
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Tomato puree  2 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Mushrooms sliced 4
  • Cheddar cheese grated 3 tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Chopped parsley  1 tbsp
  • Boiled spaghetti 3 cup

Method:

  1. First pour oil add chopped onions for frying, fry until it becomes soft.
  2. Now add garlic paste, mince, cook it for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add mixed herbs, salt, chopped black pepper, along blended tomatoes, tomato puree, water and let it cook, until its mixture becomes thick and mince is tendered.
  4. Now add boiled spaghetti fold it, take it out in a dish.
  5. Put some mushroom slices on its top.
  6. Then sprinkle some grated cheese grill it for 5 minutes, until the cheese melts.
  7. In the end add garlic bread then serve.

Ingredients For Garlic Mushrooms:

  • Mushroom  1 can
  • Butter  2 ounce
  • Garlic paste  1/2 tsp
  • Parsley chopperized 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Mixed herbs  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat the butter, add garlic paste for frying.
  2. Now add chopped parsley, salt, white pepper.
  3. Then add 1 can mushroom, cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Now take it out and serve it hot with garlic bread.

Ingredients For Water Melon Cucumber Colada:

  • Pineapple juice 1 cup
  • Caster sugar 2 tbsp
  • Coconut milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Water melon cubes  2 cup
  • Cucumber 1
  • Pineapple chunks 1/2 cup
  • Crushed ice  1 cup

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients above in a blender, blend them all well.
  2. Serve it cool.

  • Tried dis spaghetti italliano... Very easy n tasty recipe,although I omitted parsley..bcz I did not have,plz do try,, ur kids will luv dis...its a very gud option for lite dinner meals... Jazak Allah....
