Ingredients for Espetada Chicken:

  • Chicken 500 gm
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Tomato 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Meat tenderizer 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Peri peri sauce 4 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

For Peri Peri Sauce:

  • Onion 1 small
  • Talhar mirch 4
  • Whole red chilli 8
  • White vinegar 1/4 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tatri 1 tsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp

Ingredients for Peri Peri Rice:

  • Rice 500 gm
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Tomato 1 cup
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Peri peri sauce 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Potato wedges for serving
