  • Self raising flour 9 oz
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Almond 6 oz
  • Cherries 1 cup
  • Almond peel 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Pineapple Pastry:

  • White butter 200 gm
  • Brown sugar 200 gm
  • Honey 200 gm
  • Oats 400 gm
  • Coconut 50 gm

Ingredients for Honey Flap Jack:

For Sponge Cake:

  • Eggs 4
  • Caster sugar 4 oz
  • White flour 4 oz
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Pineapple 1 tin
  • Cherries 12
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Icing sugar 1/2 tsp
