Ingredients For Italian Vegetable Patty:
Spinach 1/2 bunch
Oil 2-3
Leek 1
Garlic 2-3
Mushrooms chopped 1/2 cup
Bean curd 1/2 packet
Ridge gourd 1
Potato boiled 1
Peas boiled 1/2 cup
Chickpeas boiled 1/2 cup
Chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ice berg half
Cheese slices 4
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Burger bun 4
Method:
First cut the spinach, leek stick, mushrooms, small ridge gourd, boil it make its small pieces.
Now pour oil in a pan, add chopped garlic for frying.
When the garlic turns to red then cook it more for 3 to 4 minutes with all vegetables, bean curd.
When all the vegetables becomes soft, then keep its temperature on high then dry its water.
Now put the vegetables into chopper then chop it for few seconds, so that all the vegetables becomes soft.
Now take it out in a bowl add bread crumbs, salt, chopped cumin , chopped coriander, turmeric, chopped red chilies, mix it well.
Now cut into rings, coat it with remaining bread crumbs, shallow fry it in oil, and keep it on a side.
Now paste the mayonnaise, give it steam.
Cut the ice berg into chops.
Put the ice burg, salt, mayonnaise then mix it well.
Now put the vegetable strip on bun.
Now cheese slice, mayonnaise, ice berg on bun cover it nicely then serve.
Ingredients For Fried Beef With Baby Corn Vegetable:
Beef sliced 1/2 kg
Dry red chilies boiled 4-5
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Worcester sauce 1 tbsp
Oil for fry
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Baby corn 3-4
Green capsicum 1
Red capsicum 1
Onion 1
Spring onion 1
Garlic 3 clove
Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Method:
First cut the beef into slices, add salt, worcester sauce, corn flour for marination.
Now pour oil, deep fry it well. When its color changes to light brown color then take it out and keep it on a side.
Now pour oil in a pan, add garlic chops for frying.
When it turns to golden color then add capsicum, red chilies, baby corn, onions roast it for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add fried beef, boiled red chilies, chopped black pepper, worcester sauce and salt, mix it well for 1 to 2 minutes on high flame, take it out in a dish then serve.
