Achari Raita, Keri Pulao And Achari Gajar Chicken by Rida Aftab

Ingredients For Keri Pulao:

  • Boiled meat  1 kg
  • Raw mango 250 gm
  • Rice  1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes  250 gm
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Onion  2
  • Lemon  4
  • Curry leaves  6
  • Green chilies 10
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Mustard seeds  1 tsp
  • Black onion seeds  1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder  2 tsp

Method:

  1. First pour oil add onions make it golden brown.
  2. Now add boiled mutton, ginger garlic paste, roast it on low temperature.
  3. Then add tomatoes, keri, mustard seeds, kalonji, chopped fennels, cumin, turmeric, salt, chopped red chilies, roast it well.
  4. After that add water and cook it for 10 minutes.
  5. Now add wet rice, mix it well.
  6. In the end add lemon slices. along green chilies, chopped mint, curry leaves, simmer it for 20 minutes.
  7. Delicious keri pulao is ready.

  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • Yogurt  250 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Chopped tomatoes 1
  • Green chili  2
  • Curry leaves  4
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic  1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds  1/2 tsp
  • Black onion seeds  1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Oil  3 tbsp

Ingredients For Achari Gajar Chicken:

  • Chicken  1/2 kg
  • Carrots  250 gm
  • Raw mangoes 250 gm
  • Onion 2
  • Green chili  4
  • Curry leaves  6
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger  1 tbsp
  • Black onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First put the onion in a clay pot make it brown.
  2. Now add chicken, pour oil, salt, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chilies, turmeric, roast it by keeping it high temperature.
  3. When the chicken tender then add kery, carrot, curry leaves, chopped mustard, chopped kalonji, fennel seeds pour water cook it well.
  4. When the carrot tenders then add chopped ginger, chopped green coriander, chopped garam masala, green chilies, turn off the stove.
  5. Delicious achari carrot chicken is ready.
