Ingredients For Gulab Jamun:
Dry milk 2 cup
White flour 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Clarified butter 2 to 3 tbsp
Pistachio for garnish
For sugar syrup:
Sugar 1/2 kg
Kewra essence few drops
Method:
First take a pan, add sugar, water mix it well and make it thick cook it.
Now add few drops of kewra essence mix it well and remove it from stove.
Syrup is ready.
For making gulab jamun, take a mixing bowl.
Add baking powder, ghee, beaten egg, knead it well.
Now make portions.
Then pour ghee, heat it low, stir it continuously.
After that take it out, and put it into syrup and leave it.
Now put the gulab jamun into serving dish.
In the end add pistachio for garnishing then serve.
Ingredients For Rus Malai:
Dry milk 2 cup
Fresh milk 1 kg
Khoya 250 gm
Eggs 2
Sugar 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
White flour 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Kewra essence few drops
Almond pistachio 1/2 cup
Method:
First take a milk pour it into pan, add sugar boil it.
When the sugar is saturated, add khoya, few drops of kewra essence mix it well.
Now take a mixing bowl add dry milk, oil flour, chopped cardamom, baking powder, mix it.
Add beaten egg, mix it and knead it.
Now make portions of this mixture.
Boil the milk and leave it for a while.
When the portions starts to comes up then turn off the stove.
Then take it out in a dish, sprinkle pistachio and garnish it.
Serve it chill.
Ingredients For Fruit Yogurt:
Yogurt 250 gm
Cream 1/2 cup
Icing sugar 2 to 3tbsp
Vanilla essence few drops
Chocolate/ strawberry syrup
Seasonal fruit as required
Method:
First take a yogurt, dry its water.
Along cream, icing sugar, few drops of vanilla essence mix it well.
Now put them in a serving dish mix the seasonal fruit mix it well.
Add strawberry garnish it with syrup, then serve.
